Keeping Spencer Villa peaceful for everyone

To help maintain a comfortable and peaceful environment for all guests, please observe the following guidelines.

The villa is reserved exclusively for one group at a time.

A maximum of 17 guests is permitted.

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pets are not permitted.

Parties, large events, and functions are not permitted.

Smoking is not permitted indoors. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas.

Responsible consumption of alcohol is permitted within the villa. Please respect the property and surrounding residential environment.

Guests are expected to use the villa, furniture, equipment, and facilities responsibly. Any damage caused during the stay may be charged separately.

Please maintain reasonable noise levels, particularly during the night, in order to respect the peaceful surroundings.
